Basically if a company flys jets they want pilots with jet time, however if you've got a decent amount of experience on Dash 8s you shouldn't have a problem getting hired by a European jet...

Just a thought, we also have interline agreements with other carriers, so it's possible to get ID90 s.

I've never tried using them and understand that even ID90 s can be pretty expensive.
