Whoever is stealing those engines doesn't do it on an industrial level.

In what I believe to be an usual move the court has decided to organise a hearing of the CVR last minutes.
It will happen on Oct 17 behind closed doors (on the judges, lawyers and plaintifs).

I'm not sure LSGG will put out said NOTAM this year and it is extremely rare LSGS would be closed for weather in winter but it might obviously happen.
All depends on what you are flying but LSGL...

It is certainly the case that the crew might have operated another aircraft on that day but...
