Yes , looks like they prefer 320 rated pilots . My friend applied 4 or 5 months ago. He got only 1500 total hrs including airbus. They called him for assessment already.

FO with less than 1500 hrs on type gets around 65k to 70k php approx basic after tax. Then for every 1 hr flight you get paid 2235 php. Flight time Monthly 70 to 80 hrs or even more if you get based...
