Mainly 330 and the odd 321 flight to keep you current. That'll be once you're qualified on both. If you join on 330 or 321, expect to be on that for a year or so.

Short layovers, pretty much staying on minimum rest/ flying back next day

As far as I know, I have two friends from OAA who have got the job with Flybe and start at the end of this month.
Granted, Flybe approached OAA and asked them to forward some CV's before online...
