Waiting for the atp licence

Good day, I completed my atp in July and i am still waiting for the actual license to be sent over to me. I was told it would take around 6 weeks but i still haven't received it.

i did my faa written last month, gleim is a pain to study on.
i ordered the books online, and it cost me around 3 mill for the whole atp prep set.
gleim gives you about 1700...
