Just got the rejection email. Quite pissed....mainly due to the fact that the computer crashed during some tests and I was told there is no need to re-do....hmm...

Yes applicants were treated like primary school children, they seemed severely short staffed to say the least. Considering they were making around 4k from the applicants on the day, one would hope...

I attended today - found the assessment set up some what ridiculous!

Worst thing was computers kept crashing....

I know the feeling the tests definitely didn't give me a great feeling after finishing them. Reasoning weren't a matter of hard but the amount!!

Some sources suggest that Aer Lingus will provide a tax free allowance of 1k a month during training. If that was the case this is a no brainer
