What is the deal if you are at BA Euroflyer? I know you are locked into EF for 5 years, however if you then crossed to mainline would you slide across onto the mainline 5yr pay point?

I would echo what TSRA said and don’t beat yourself up about it. People don’t generally speak up, but I think most new pilots first couple of OPC/LPCs don’t go so well (myself included!).
