Commanders needed

I can think of one way to at least start training new commanders. Let newly trained pilots start to fly and gain experience onces they are qualified not make them wait a year or two doing odd labour...

Aircraft using 06(L/R) or 24 (L/R) are together on one TWR freq which I believe is 118.350 could be mistaken and aircraft using 05/23 are on another freq which I believe is 118.700

I wonder if the turbulance was forcast and if so why would the crew fly through it rather then around??? perhaps it may have came on suddly....

well the flights that have been a no go for me at least have all been in a twin and icing was not an issue. believe me if icing was an issue i may have been disappointed but i would definetely not...
