As a past member of said company's interview panel I can attest to the fact that you can sum up in the first ten minutes whether an applicant will get the nod or not and even tho the sim sessions...

Both done at the same time for convenience whilst under a twilight anesthesia so couldn't remember anything....

As an absolute minimum a Sim session would be appropriate however for LH a Sim and at least 4 sectors is the min.
