i for one will not be doing any call ins until this ballot is passed by all 3 stations although i do think the union has done a good job after attending todays meeting.:ok:

2. only way to get leave is for people to do call ins
3. no one will do call ins.

maybe if no one did callins until the chief exec resigned stating that he was sorry...

stick together lads... management are in a no win situation thanks to wrongly predicting an ecominic downturn in aug 2003(pr) and thus not employing any staff...

iaa management aka Incredibly Annoying Accountants :ugh:

and union be very aware that the staff are united like never before in all 3 stations and are not willing to accept some half arsed...

Management in IAA

a couple of points

1. the atc staff are in a huge position of strength once we stick together...99% not bad so far :ok:

2. management have lost the respect of the staff ever since renaging on...
