Theory exams in one state, CPL flight training in another under EASA

Hi all,

My understanding is that under JAR FCL you must complete your CPL flight training in the same state as the one in which you completed your theory training. (Correct me if I am wrong here!)...

Thanks for all your replies! I gave the CAA a quick call and they told me as long as I am licensed, medical'ed', rated etc there should be no problem using these hours towards a CPL.
