JAA state of licence issue conversion

Hello

Has anybody converted their JAR ATPL from one state to another? How long did it take and paperwork involved?

FI(A) rating

I have an FI(A) rating on my JAA ALTP licence. Other ratings on the licence are: IR/ME(A), SEP(A) (land) and MEP(A) (land).
