It's the speed to fly for a OEI go-around.
There will be different speeds for different weights, flap settings.
For us, look at the speed card for the go-around flap...

The worst I've had is where all the baggage has been loaded with no pax, and the nose rises slightly, but enough to trigger WoW caution and for the ADCs to get a bit...
