Well thats an interesting statement from the LBA. Of course they can revoke the AOC if an operator is in financial problems so that safe operation cannot be guaranteed. They actually have to do so....

I happen to know all of the FO's moving onto that fleet, except 1 guy, 99% from the Westside :}, moves are according to seniority (well kinda) on the 737.
