The way i read the FLYBE 'sponsorship' is that they just minimise the initial costs, you still end up paying for your entire training (they deduct their share from your pay according to the booklet)....

If you have 200 hours already i would suggest you go and just do your CPL and IR, it'd be far cheaper than forking out 40K and then repaying that and flybe back (for their portion of the costs)
