Guys, do you know who is issuing Course Completion certificate according my FTO they do not need to see results from CAA to start CPL but this certificate?

Hi all, I remember few comments here on pprune about need for crp5 after atpl exams.
Most of them suggested that you do not need crp5 for anything else then for exams and most of peeps ditch it...

MEP1 cruising power settings - correction of one percent for every six degrees bellow ISA temperature should be made to manifold pressure. This is in CAP 697 but I wonder - Is this correction...
