Gusset- AIMS is a reliable system it has alot of potential, but; and as DC9 said it would be more viable for a larger airline (50+ A/C)

I think this means that QATAR now did actually select the pilots for their cadet training. Its really sad because I did always wanted to fly with them since I was doin my initial pilot training.
