Sun Country Birds roosting in AMS soon

Don't know I fly new planes with new stickers! Mx says apex with aileron trim and rudder to zero. In flight wings level with no spoiler float. 10 degrees max.

Tail tipping b737-800

Looking for info on tail tipping of any 737-800 or 900 when configured in high density seating.
We tried to figure at the gate with front zone people off the plane and back full with no bags removed...
