Perhaps less members at APC could mean a better service. Platinum takes care of discounts and APC becomes an exclusive club membership service. Almost guaranteed entry etc. ;)

Quite a few people I know has had it done. It is quite easy as long as you can get 28 days leave. You will need it as your eyes only get back to 100% after about 2-3 weeks. Especially night vision.
