LHR Night Curfew

According to FR24 this morning, there was very little inbound hold between 5am and 6am Uk local time. Was the curfew suspended due to French ATC issue? Or just coincidental?

Kulula made an arrangement of this sort about 2 years ago for a limited period. I think 6 months is max. AC was 738 OK-TVD lsd from Travel Services with crew both cabin and cockpit.
