I'll show you mine if you show me yours! MON will match your contribution upto a maximum of 8%. Bear in mind though that MON salaries are far lower that BA's.

Take a very careful look at Monarch's terms. A vastly, vastly inferior pension to BA (or even other charter airlines) no PHI and a union which does not represent new joiner’s interests...
