I use WnB pro, and it does work in kg or lb ( and Litres or gals )and you set the fuel density - so I think it will do what you want.

I'm pleased with it.

I've done this with some relatively complex spreadsheets (difficult formulae and embedded charts) and they work...

You cannot fly N reg in the CI on a JAA licence. Guernsey and Jersey have their own ANOs, but are not UK airspace. However the UK IMC rating is valid, on a G reg aircraft - to a degree as the CI zone...
