MustangPilot...the aircraft is flying well...smooth at 110 knots in cruise...the guns seem to draw a small bit of attention at fuel stops. Tell the guys in the hangar they did a good job on it...getting lots of compliments and ooh's and ahh's whenever folks look it over.

Today is Dhobie Day...have a week of exhaust soot and grease to get off the thing...adding the 129th tail markings, tail number and tail rotor warnings. Did the pilot doors and nose markings....looking pretty good so far.

The head dress and RPG's would definitely be an attention getter.

Maybe you could host a pprune bash at your place....show Whirlygig, Tall and Tasty....and the other regulars here your small collection of toys.

If offered Whirls...take him up on it....biplanes, helicopters, warbirds and jets hidden away in his toybox.

Oh all right then - Ross is suddenly looking more atttractive - can't afford to be too fussy in me old age!

A Norfolk Pprune Bash? Maybe - calling all rotorheads in the area !!! More like organize a wee get-together at Redhill; I'll be there as will TnT.

Cheers

Certainly woke everyone up with yesterday mornings fly past.

What a lovely sound, I thought young Sid was watching 'Apocolypse' on full blast and then realised the music was missing!!

Any chance of the speaker fit for next time?

Would love to come to Redhill but promised local airfield (Seething, Norfolk) that we would be there. Maybe you would like to visit sometime if you are this way, could squeze onto my lawn alright.

Whirls,

May not get to Seething now, paperwork problem! Will be trying to sort it tomorrow.

If you do go to Seething and we are not there, your'e welcome to pop round to the hangar if you would like a close look at the Skeet, we're only a few miles away. Send me a PM if you want to arrange.
