The Home of Photos in Dunnunda! Mk I
Begger it Pyro, it was working fine till you asked that question - then it sh*t itself!
Sorry Corkey, I just assumed the PM was from Weheka. You all seem to know about VH-KGT!
Somewhere I have a pic of KFT rolled up in a ball.
Dr
PS: Maybe the puter got hypoxia at FL120! I was getting 180 kts GS up there!

sorry FTDK, I guess I have a special 'charm'
Okay, back to posting photos eh?
Lets go into history a bit (well, for me)
YBBN-KLAX during cruise (as they say about the AVOD system: "On Q"):

Approach into YBBN from Narita (RJAA or RJTT? I keep forgetting that one, i used to know it before i found out tokyo had a 2nd airport)
This was in 2005 or 2006, possibly 2007, memory escapes me

Would this be classified as aviation? My bird (old photo, probably the night before the YBBN-KLAX flight): He Is his own pilot! (he's adorable, seriously!)

Pryo, QUICK! Hide those pictures of your bird dude! Otherwise the pencil pushers in Canberra might realise that birds do indeed fly and mandate that all birds shall get an ASIC and a Medical!

Where shouldn't be hard.
But interesting to know if people can pick the type for #1 & #2 (especially from the younger punters) and what mod had been done to the aircraft in #3, and type if you want.

A few pics from my wanderings yesterday!
1) One for Jaba - I know the call-sign (VH-WTF) amuses him (I guess he is just a big kid at heart!)

2) This one is for Chuckles! Aerostar 600 Machen III - looks like an interesting beast!

3) ..... and what the f*ck is this?
It landed at YMOR yesterday when I was refuelling. Sounded like a chaff-cutter - looks like a Pitts that someone took a chainsaw to and chopped off the lower wing.
Did some interesting gyrations on roll-out - I thought for a moment that I would get a really good pic to post in here.

I had a dream year in 2005, representing Australia @ the Junior World Gliding Championships, UK! The first two pictures were taken of me flying an LS8 'D4' while crossing the finish line, and the 3rd picture is my mate crossing the line in an LS1-f (the glider that I presently own part share of in Australia).
Great fun, can't wait to get back into a glider as the career is getting in the way at the moment!

Grandpa Aerotart
No idea what the third one is.
Aerostars certainly look like sex personified don't they? When everything is working they are great, if serious, fun to fly too but keeping everything working is VERY money intensive. Is that an unpressurised 600 or a 602P with the Machen mods? The two I flew started life as 602Ps and then were turned into 680/700Ps via the Machen modifications. The difference between 680 and 700P is the props.

go soaring, your pix reminded me of the motor-glider that landed at YBUD yesterday - sorry, no pic.
Two people alighted - only one was wearing a parachute!
How does that work?
"Oh sh*t the wing has fallen off!
I'm outta here! Seeya mate!
Enjoy the ride down!"
