Ukrainian F16’s will have the ability to strike targets outside of Ukraine, so no lobbing of weapons into Ukraine from Russian airspace then, and the ability to strike into Russia.

This is still a logistics fight, keeping losses of Ukrainian lives at a minimum keeps the number of NATO fatalities at zero. The point that Mr Johnson seems to have missed in his attempts to support Putins Pet Party in their whackadoodle village without an idiot politics. Seems that the lunacy hasn't been kept up with; Transnistria is a contested part if NATO territory and Putin is starting to salivate over making waves there. Given the GOP's short sighted position on anything other than supporting what passes for their best candidate they can come up with, getting US boots into a shooting match seems to be getting more likely by every day of GOP BAU. Own goals of that level are normally only found in the Old Testament.
Ukraine has every right under international law to defend itself, the UN has every obligation to support a country being attacked by an aggressor nation, and Russia is, was, and will continue to be a terrorist nation, irrespective of the fact that the UN assembly has a need for hormone replacement therapy.
Our governments whined about ammo being escalatory, then tubes, then missiles, then tanks, then aircraft, and seems to continue to take every opportunity to bleed Ukrainian defenders blood while they whinge about the cost. The whinging will increase when Transnistria ends up with an Article 5 condition occurring, and it will be about damned time.
Apparently irrespective of the evidence to hand that the Ukrainians have acted with valour to defend their lands and lives, our side is still snoozing at the wheel, Watch this space.
