Little known fact. On this flight was the inventor of the flying backwards downhill while restrained in harness and in pitch black tunnel white knuckle ride with self supplied panic screams....

The NTSB go team were annoyed the accident happened in cold hard wet frozen Anchorage and not in sunny hot dry sin city Las Vegas
or
Despite dusting the CVR circuit breaker for prints the NTSB were unable to identify who was Pilot Flying at the time of the accident
