Military Aviation A forum for the professionals who fly military hardware. Also for the backroom boys and girls who support the flying and maintain the equipment, and without whom nothing would ever leave the ground. All armies, navies and air forces of the world equally welcome here.

While they waited for the Royal Plumbing Corps to fix the backed-up latrine, the lads thought a game of Soggy Biscuit would pass the time.

It's a postcard from Lefty, Sir. Says he's enjoying his sun, sea, sex and sangria at Torremolinos, but wishes he was back with us. ****!

I wonder where the Bomb Disposal Squad can have got to?

It's hours since we told them a couple of UXB's fell somewhere near here.

Ingenious hints for Soldiers....

If a bomb misses its target, you may find a valuable use for the crater it leaves.

Sarge, have you got the kite?

The website says "Morecambe offers you the chance to enjoy the many pleasures of the seaside, whether it’s flying kites, building sandcastles or enjoying the views across the bay. Stroll along Morecambe’s award winning promenade with an ice cream or have fun seeing it on two wheels, before grabbing a picnic and heading on down to the beach for a spot of sandcastle making or kite flying."
