Well, what can I say? Here's a little something I prepared earlier;
Sadly I will be unable to judge your undoubtably fine entries as for the next few weeks I shall be relocating, lock, stock, barrel and sundry domestics, so if airborne_artist would be so kind as to stand in for me?

If, as I suspect, a similar photo has been used in the past, perhaps you'll accept my 'second string' choice?

1. Front line crew pose for the latest glossy RAF magazine, delighted with their issue Typhoon Trainers. (http://www.rafmuseum.org.uk/london/e...hter-trainers/) "Much better than those old boots, less polish!" said one pilot.
2. Seconds later, the aircraft shot over the high-ropes course and sent the four trainees plummeting to the ground, as this image retrieved from the recce pod demonstrates.

I think I've been lurked as judge for this, but here's one for #2:
The first performance of the RAF's pole-dancing team left the audience very disappointed.

Jack and his mates thought the beanstalk was much more fun before HSE got involved.
No.1 QHI Course
With the help of 4 volunteers from the audience young Sikorsky was confident that his 30 minute lesson on Flapback and Inflow Roll was getting the message across.

The RAF's camponologist expert (bottom LH corner) decided that now would be the best time to discusss his Annnual Report.
On a more satirical note:
The guys laughed that as long as they smiled whilst wearing a helmet sporting "Royal Air Force" they might appear brave whilst on a really safe ground tour a long way from danger that others faced on a daily basis with no PR!!
