Anyone else got an email asking for documentation(that was already uploaded in the application) then couldn’t re-upload it into the system? The application IT system seems really poor and comms very slow, not sure what to think about the time it’s taking. Apparently they are desperate for pilots but can’t process applications timely?!?

In either case, might a request to update your documents mean progress toward your next step?
You could try emailing to ask them.

Hope you’re well. I have applied in March for Boeing rated FO. The link in the email to re-upload doesn’t work. The application in itself had a small MB size limit for docs so I obviously reduced size/compressed etc. However it was all tested before submitting. I have emailed them the documents and have emailed again asking if they received it and everything was okay but no response. Not sure if they stopped recruiting, I very much would like to go there but is taking so long, I’m considering other options.
They are losing candidates that way in a very competitive, candidate led market.

I think they have a sizeable turnover of pilots normally and are expecting a bit of an exodus towards the end of this year early next hence keeping the talent pool full of swimmers. Definitely a few resignations from new joiners her didn't like being switched to the 737 max.

Houndreds of FO have enough hours and are waiting for their call on all fleets. Forget about upgrade in QR. It takes more than 9 years, if you are lucky enough. Regardless of your fleet. Airbus -> Boeing, Boeing -> Airbus transfers, depends solely on company need. Mix fleet is being slowly prepared for those who are on 777 and 787 to maximize efficiency of roster planning and reduce menpower needs, however it’s gonna take time to train all 777 and 787 pilots.

Yes it looks like they have finally seen the light and start upgrading FO's instead of taking these unqualified DEC's. No need to have a fallback pool, there are indeed hundreds of qualified FO's ready to be upgraded.
