A few heads up for you guys regarding FZ interview.
I did mine 4 weeks ago, I passed sim and the next day I did the personal interview. After 4 weeks I was thinking everything was ok because I didn't receive any email, so I decided to email the recruiter to ask for the situation. She replied me that the same day I did the interview, they sent an automatic email saying I didn't pass the process. I never received that email, even I checked spam folder and there was nothing there, or maybe it got deleted automatically after a few days, I don't know. The thing is, I asked a friend who's flying there and also in the recruitment pilot team. He asked, and apparently HR rejected me due to documentation. My actual situation is I'm using an ICAO license, with 737 type rating, but as I'm living in Dubai I did my class 1 medical here, so they're not matching. Also my PC got expired a few months ago. Regardless I'm rated with 5200hs on the 737, they're very strict right now with the current situation. It's very sad because many of us we're in a difficult situation and having the chance to do an interview, even knowing that you passed every step and then being rejected because you wasn't able to keep yourself current is quite exhausting. So for those who can invest some money, and do a sim check to get current, don't think twice if you wanna apply.
Good luck to everyone applying, if you have any question send me a DM and I'll be glad to answer.
