Hello,
One of you could do a sum up of the assessment please? What was in the tests? In English, numerical reasonning, logical reasonning and the verbal reasonning. What was also the questions you came across with during the video interview?
I think right now is fair enough because the application are closed since a few weeks ago and no one can do the assessment for this year. I am preparing for the 2025 MPL Cadet program.

Agreed, these things tend to be kept quite closely guarded due to the competitive nature. I recommend just doing a few google searches, there's plenty websites that offer practice assessments for pilot cadet programmes which will help you feel a little less blind going into it. Scan through the thread here and you'll likely pick up on some key terms to search for. Good luck with your application next year!

I got the knock back email today guys.
To be fair I applied on a whim and done it all in a couple hours max and realistically I couldn't have made the financial cut work but it was fun doing the tests.

Helps to stay in a positive mind set. Literally only looked at locations of them, havent booked or anything. And yeah they've obviously got a lot to go through if last year's is anything to go by

on the TUI jobs portal it says I have assessments to do dated January, but all the assessments have been completed.
