where did you read this? Emails on a Sunday night seems unlikely? Also, how do we think candidates will be assessed? If you fail one of the 4 tests would you not be considered at all? Or is it a total score across the 4 exercise you have to meet...

I'm hoping its an overall scoring as I'm sure I will have performed below par on the case study. My instinct is telling me that you have to pass all tasks separately and then they take those who passed all the tasks AND performed best from the final interviews forward to the Sim Assessment. They can afford to be picky as there's 140 candidates to choose from and only 60 sim spots. So, if you fail the case study or the maths test but do well in the final interview I don't think you'll be put though.
Again, I don't know this for sure but it seems like the most plausible option otherwise its pretty tough to narrow down from 140 to 60.

However there may also be a minimum score you need to achieve in each or perhaps just some of the exercises, probably predetermined but perhaps dependent on how well everyone else does. Personally I hope there isn’t, unless it’s an extremely low bar because I think I did very poorly in the maths test although assuming the maths test contributes equally to the total the score as the other exercises then I’m still probably screwed.

Some people were told the earliest would be around midweek so tomorrow onwards I presume. They kept reiterating TUI look for people not robots and therefore I do believe as long as you didn’t get 0 or incredibly low you should be okay for maths and case study however for the case study it shows you can learn which is something they need to see but from what I got from the day it seemed the most important would be group task and interview but I Cole also be completely wrong

what an awesome experience that was! Thoroughly enjoyed every second of the Sim assessment and think it’s amazing that TUI offer the chance to be able to sit in a 737 simulator as part of the recruitment process. All the best to the candidates who have either had their sim, or have it coming up over the next couple of days!
