I hope they don't bann you by name because my name and surnames are like the most common in my country.

So do you know how can I contact them for asking to change the email? I did't found any way to do it.

Thanks!!

I am 37 and concerned that my age will go against me. I am on a Ryanair mentored programme so have passed the online assessments. I will apply for assessment in a few weeks.
Hey, how did you get on? I’m considering a similar scheme and will be the same age by the time I finish. Who did you do the mentored programme with?

A former colleague of mine at the flying school just got in and he's almost 40! But he does have a strong background, such as all first time ATPL passes with 95% average, working as a flight finstructor, ELP 6, knowledge of other languages, bachelor's degree, etc.

@4535jacks nothing to worry. You already part of Ryanair if you are a mentored student. The assessment is just a formal way because it’s required by the company policy.

some people didn’t make it to the mentored course for whatever reason. If you made it they want you to be a Ryanair pilot

They have your passport so they can see if it’s you that applied twice. Regarding the email, contact AFA (the email address on their website) explain the situation and see what they say

Flight school report

Hello guys,

On Ryanair website it says that the ATPL results and the attempts is must be written on the flight school report.
I did my ATPL theory in one ATO (distance) and my practical in different ATO (all modular) the ATO that gave me the flight school report cannot include those ATPL grades on their flight school report since I haven't done my theory with them.

I do have a report from Austro Control with my ATPL theory and the repeat confirmation.

Any idea if it is acceptable for Ryanair? Anyone been into this situation?

Contact the ATO you did ATPL at ask for a Flight school report. Tell them what to include. It is probably not the first time they will be asked about that.

Doesn't matter. Make sure they add your ATPL results, maybe with an average score. That's fine. 70% is the interview anyway

I did the same as you, theoretical in one school and flight in another one, when I applied to ryanair I've uploaded both schools reports toghether in one PDF file and they accepted that, so I'm talking about 2017, I don't know if today is the same.

Regards

I recommend you to write to the school and ask for a new report including ONLY the required information from Ryanair.

Do Ryr charge FOs for bringing their flight cases on as hand luggage? If so do they have to pay for each sector or do they get a day pass?

Absolutely not. Not even off duties when you commute home or to base. You just need to show your ID

Hello,

I fixed my paperwork and I applied for the position AFA cadet as a Ryanair Mentored on Thursday. Any idea how long it takes them to answer to mentored student?
