Hi all,

Be VERY carefull with companies such as Wynnwith, they tend to not tell all the things any normal human being applying for a job would like to know before taking the plunge....

I talked to them a few months ago for a commercial airline crewjob, asked simple (but important to me) questions such as amount of days off after a flight, exact destinations, taxpercentage, duration of contract etc.

They just kept on pushing to get me to go to their interview, but couldn't provide/refused any decent answers to my questions.
I backed off, it was way too dodgy for me and i don't regret it!

They seem to be pushing people towards their clients regardless in order to meet their quota.
I also had to work under a "umbrella construction", don't know if that is the case with Eagle Aviation.

I did see the 747 sitting in storage at AMS this monday as i taxied past it, it does look nice...

Good luck but beware!

eagle aviation recruitment philippines

hello guys and gals!
i've been reading this thread and the other thread about eagle aviation europe and it really helps me a lot about the info given in the forums. i got hired for eagle here in the philippines and just got my acceptance letter having some details about the terms and conditions (but as for me a lot of questions still running in my mind and it is not yet clear for me though).details are here:
-basic 1000USD
-50 USD layover allowance (w/c is not explained clearly)
-air fare -free round trip ticket (not explained clearly as well)
-insurance will be in salary deduction
-vaccination and work permit will be in company's expense
it was like a weird summarization that is why all of us has a lot of questions...i used to work for saudia airlines and i had some friends in eagle aviation that were working in SV before..we used to hangout most of them are french,tunisians..i can say that the accomodation that they hv is impressing it is like an american compound..there will be 2 people sharing but i dnt know if the same accomodation will be provided again (the name of the compound is Lotus4,big house,2floors,big kitchen area and living room with washing machine and a small garden outside, inside the compound there is a tennis court and swimming pool,i remember there is a big function area as well when we were invited to attend i think that is for the xmas party of eagle avaition or just a bday party,of course i would prefer this than saudia's accomodation)..
im still confused about eagle's terms and conditions..they said that the training will be in amsterdam and we will be based either JED or DXB but most probably in JED for HAJ..i believe we will operate MNL philippines flight for the pilgrimes..haj will be in dec..im still confused about the salary especially the allowances..they said it will be a chartered flight but im not sure if still working under saudia due to they had problems before..my big focus here is the vacation and the salary of course..so still need to catch more info..i think they are now in difficult situation to provide all the info because i believe eagle was bought or turned over into a new management after the bankcruptcy by some rich arabs and still in the developing and renewing process..well, i just hope everything will be in a good condition..im looking forward for more info in here about eagle aviation..

OMG ,guys , you are stuck in **** with Eagle , go to the French forum and you 'll see how last year pilots dismissed from their previous company to join Eagle on 747 .... to be fired months later having not been completely paid , without any renewing type rating .....
And now , they are doing the same , via wynwith this time !!
Isn't weird you don't get any info about basic request such as Homebase ???
Think a bit guys !!!

Bad news for all but you are right Max777 ....

Hi all,

I have been reading this topic with growing amazement.
I surely don't want to rain on your parade but let me sum it all up for you:

-no AOC (yet)
-plane in storage at AMS
-no homebase defined (yet)
-no training location (yet)
-not clear where you'll be flying to
-not clear on how the rotations look like
-no conclusive answers by recruitment agency to various legitimate questions
-company website down for a long time, no commercial contacts out there for bookings/charters
-Haj is already in november, did Eagle get any firm contracts?

This is an airline, not a one-dollar shop.
It takes a long time and lots of preparation to start up an airline with all staff, training, certificates, procedures etc. to define.

Things like home base, salaries, rotations, traininglocations are set a long time before any plane takes off and should be available by now...

I could only advise those who have mortagages/current jobs/financial strings to be very careful in case things don't turn out well,

good luck!

After a 2nd email from Stephanie with no info whatsoever I think Im not interested anymore... I think it was a waste of time and money and they wont offer us any contracts at all so they're just sending one email a week saying they dont have any information but hopefully next week they'll be able to give some... its been like that for 2 weeks. Now apparently could be based in DXB even though during the interview they told me that JED will be the base so I dont know what to expect from a company who can't even give you a date to start the training because they dont even have the AOC yet.

Good luck to those of you who take it, you must be very brave guys

@Flyingblue79

I think i made a very sensible comment from a business perspective about Eagle Aviation in a normal, adult way.
It hopefully helps the more naive aspiring cabin crew to realise what they might be getting into by putting all known details about the contract/company together.

There are, as in any business, always a few rotten apples around.
This forum could point out those rotten apples by means of forum members exchanging knowledge/experience and therefore saving others from a "unpleasant" experience with a dodgy airline.
Does Eagle Aviation belong in this category,i don't know, based on the current facts it all seems somewhat vague...but that might be acceptable for some.

Either way, i truly hope things will take off for all folk who are going to work for Eagle Aviation at some point in time.

Red face ohh..it's getting hot in here..haha!

FlyingBlue79 - thanks for being an optimistic one..im with you..i've been to many companies and i knew no one is perfect in this world..

i will accept the challenge and there is nothing wrong with that..let us pray that everything will turn out fine..PATIENCE is a virtue..of course you will feel if someone is fooling you..legality process will be on the way if there will be some glitch..and this challenge is what i like..for those new applicants of eagle follow what your heart and mind says..as long as you are getting hopes go for it and you are happy..anyways you are the one who is designing your life..

for those who had bad experience with eagle, thank you for sharing with us your point of views i knw that you are just concern citizens..im still looking forward on your opinion and will respect that so much..well, just a question, will you pls share some good experiences with them, how about that? haha!

as i've said nobody is perfect..i believe that eagle will not do global recruitment if their company will do illegal moves..let's give a chance for them..just to be fair..in fact i didnt spend any penny for my application in here..altough details of eagle are confusing but at least the staff of the agency here are doing actions to give us info..at least good to hear that..

Why dont you share the info your agency is giving to you since we, in Europe, don't have any information at all (every friday we get an email saying that hopefully they will be able to give some information next week)
