+/-80 crews from Thailand
+/- 80 crews from Azerbaijan
Crews recruted in London
Ex Eagle crews called back as well....
I never thought they would need so many people. Plus what is that story of Fokker 100 ? I've been told, during my interview it was B747, B767 and B757...
Does anyone know ?

I'd say those F100 will be flown by other crews.... we'll see on monday

Is the accommodation during training provided?? Are we getting paid during that period??

Hi Tu_ki.
I really don't know But it would be very unusual for any company not to pay you and give you accommodation while working for them. Unless your at base. (A place you can go home from)

Hello everybody,

I've just found this forum. I was successful as well but after reading all these threads I'm thinking: What about if they hire only crews from Azerbaijan and Thailand????? I'm scared as I quit my job a while ago because of this challenge and I'm not sure if I took the right decision.

Fokker 100

I've just read on the internet the following:

20.06.2009 - KLM cityhopper (WA/Amsterdam) has sold 15 Fokker 100s to Evsen Group, the parent of Eagle Aviation (France) (EGN/St. Nazaire) that is planning to use the aircraft for a new start-up carrier in the Middle East. KLM cityhopper has already parked the first 6 of its 20 Fokker 100.

it's not an official info but what I can suppose from all the info we've from around the wold. people hired from europe or thailand will fly 757 767 747....people from azerbaijan will fly f100, different companies and different training...what do you think about it?

info from the recruiters, the training'll be before the end of Aug, and the beginning of the flts middle of Sept. during the training hotac payed from the company. if really is like that is acceptable, isn't it?
let's wait monday....

info from the recruiters, the training'll be before the end of Aug, and the beginning of the flts middle of Sept

I don't think that flying on more than 3 different A/C types is allowed...

Well, as from what i understood, those Fokkers were bought by Evsen, new owner of Eagle. But has it been written anywhere that they were going to be part of the Eagle fleet ?
There might be two different airlines owned by the same group...

we're not allowed to fly more than 3 types of A/C (and for cabin B757 767 747 are different types, not as for ckpt where B757/767 are considered the some). probably AZB crew will fly F100 and one or two of the others.

ps: F100 has no problem for tall crew...i'm 183cm and i flew ATR for years! C U soon in JED or...around the world!
