Yes indeed Eagle Aviation has gone bust. But "Allez Louilla" has resurected in Eagle Aviation Europe...:DQuel talent!!!
Operation to start with one 747-400 in July(more to come), operational base is JED working for Saudi Arabian Airline. Work patern is six weeks on two weeks off,pay is 4950 plus 50 per day in JED. So about 5800/months. Nothing else included. Commuting from Europe with Saudi in Economy. Flight not always direct to JED so it can be tidious. Lodging in compound. Might be in hotel now. Well,it all looks like good fun to me. (killing myself on that one) Agencies wynnworth and Air Crew Direct As for the Eagle Aviation Europe it hasn't got the best of reputation. From what I heard you can be asked to bend the FTL if needed...and anything else that bends... And when not needed anymore the door is -> Best of Luck |
I guess those work conditions are for pilots, any info about fa?

What about the 2 or 3 B757s that they used to operate? Will they still be using them or are they gone? (if you prefer PM ...... by all means!) Mutt Your post makes things a lot more clear!!! Safe flights, Zero PS. Sorry for writing in English in a French forum, but since the whole thread is in English ............. |
Hi,
I heard no B757 any more at all! Just only the first B744 has arrived. |
Would like some info on how to apply for work with this company. Hopefully it is good T & C etc. please advise on positions avaiable
|
Hello!
Cann you get more info?? I was called so I am really interested:8 |
Hi everyone,
I was called as well and asked if I would be interested in the cabin crew position. I wasnt sure if you have to be based in specific locations or not. When the lady said you are positioned the day before duty.. i thought maybe that means I can actually be at home in Ireland for days off and position to CDG or something...anyone know for sure if thats impossible..or do you definitely need to be living at one of their bases? And does anyone know anything about per diems? Thanks. |
Yeh its confusing isnt it!?
The SPEC does say .... Flights: All flights to and from base will be provided by Eagle. Accommodation: All accommodation during on period will be provided by Eagle So it would sound like you can stay wherever you are and pay for your own accomodation at home for your days off and get flown to one of the hubs for duty doesnt it!? But of course some other posts make it sound like you would need to move to a hub and have your own accomodation there and be positioned to and outstation for duty. Arrrrrrrrgh I would love paris..but I would love to not have the hassle of relocating. Fingers crossed that you dont have to relocate at all! :) |
Oh and by the way, GEAR I noticed you are in brussles. Have you been told whether or not you must pay for your own trip to london for interview?
|
From what I've heard its 2 747-400 at least, a 757 and a 767 maybe more! Don't know about bases.
Good luck at the interviews:ok: |
Does anybody know how long does it take from the time you send your email to the time u get an appointment for the interview???? and who is doing the interviews??? wynnwith or eagle aviation????
|
Thats a good question! I returned all my documents to Wynnwith yesterday and thought they would call today about the interview arrangements but nothing! If I dont get told tomorrow, then it will be too late really. I imagine its Wynnwith doing the interview considering the location for interview is wynnwiths location whereas Eagle are in France..i dont know why companies would bother to get agencies to recruit people for them if they still go ahead and actually interview people themselves anyway!?
Can ANYONE shed any light on the bases? And most importantly, where do you spend your days off?-at 'base' or at home? Because they say " All flights to and from base are paid by Eagle" which I interperate as ....you can spend your days off at home (wherever that is) and be positioned to base for the 15 days duty period and positioned back home for your days off again???? |
Yeah, Ive sent everything today and Ive been told they'll get back to me as soon as Eagle Aviation tells them wether Ive been successful for interview or not... I dont think theyll bother to tell me I havent been successful tho.... Id really appreciate if somebody has any more info.

hi flying blue... whats the 3 months about? Is it 3 months initially at whichever base or something? And they fly you home to where youre from every time you have 8 days off? If i understand correctly..thats really good!
Regarding the medical cert..I didnt have one in my possession either until recently even though I have been flying for years and have done medicals but the airlines held the documents not me...so I actually got in touch with my last airline who had no problem forwarding on a copy of the med cert that they still have on file for me. For cabin crew, under EU OPS a cert is valid for up to 5 years. SO maybe you can ask your previous airline for a copy of yours? Other wise you go to your doctor and they'll charge you quite a bit for a full exam in order to give you one. |
AND also i forgot to mention, I actually read recently that again, under EU OPS a cabin crew member has the RIGHT to a pre employemnt medical PAID BY THE OPERATOR!? So you shouldnt really have to pay for a medical for an operator under eu-ops i guess :?
|
I didnt get any email or anything yet....:( does it mean that I havent been successful?????
