But this "BULL" certainly deserves to be degenerated. He has done it to so many people he has known.. .Except for "YOUNG BULL"

HH - what do you expect! Alot of BBs are like this. You are free to defend yourself or throw mud back. If you see something posted that is patently untrue or misrepresented - refute! The fact that so much mud is flung around is a reflection of the nature of Australian GA (or even possibly aviation in general!).. .. . Do you feel uncomfortable with the fact that at least some of what has come out in this thread may be the truth? The fact that this thread has run to 40 or more posts probably represents the depth of feeling about this particular organization.. . . . [ 13 March 2002, 14:25: Message edited by: SniperPilot ]

Sniperpilot, it is true that some things said may be true. However mud thrown in an anonymous forum such as this, true or not, can not only stick, but sometimes last a lifetime. . .Often tarnishing, or in the worst case, ruining a fellow pilots career. The industry is too small in this country to support this kind of mudslinging.. .. . Rumour n. General talk of current statement of doubtful accuracy. (source: Australian pocket oxford dictionary.). .. .And now to you Shafted, the word is denigrated! (sorry for the previous misspelling.) not degenerated. And no I'm not getting the dictionary out again. You sound very angry, are you the person who lives with Bionic Vapour Boy who goes by various other pseudonyms in order to cast aspersions on people of good character. (If not I apologise).. .. .To all the detractors, I have worked with old bull and young bull and and found them both to be fine, hard working individuals, dedicated to a future in aviation. The same cannot be said for others who work within the same organisation, who sit arround idle, thinking of ways to undermine those whom, they are either envious of, or intimidated by.. .. .So back to the point of my original response, why dont you come forward and air your grievances in the proper forum, face to face. Of course that is if you have a grievance, perhaps you just like the satisfaction of knowing you've ruined another career................................. .. .The ramblings of an old man. HH

Hear that as a result of all the rumours an investigation of the old CP has come with Zip. Seems that the rumourmongers are now in the gun. CASA must also have a red face. Suspending a guys approval on the basis of lies and bull****. Could be some interesting legal action in the pipe line. Serves the lying b ###### s right.

Flylow - WAKE UP TO YOURSELF. If an investigation found nothing then that says it all for CASA. Really why is RD resigining??? There should only be one Chief with lots of Indians - it gets confusing when there are 2 Chiefs.. .. .As for the dodgy sh*t it WAS definatley there in the past - I do not know about now or the future. CASA must take statements and believe them, nose to nose arguments with pilots is not a constructive way to CP.. .. .I do not have any personal gripes with AN or HE, CASA just bewilder me. Seems the only way to get done for something is to crash and kill someone of fly low over a delegates back yard.. .. .Oh and I hear ANs BRL pilot just resigned???. .. .Oh and the CAIR reporters should not be shot - they may have broken the rules being young and nieve but even worse than that is the reason behind why they broke the rules, an upstanding CP would not encourage this behaviour. We may all bend rules but shattering them is just not on.. .. .Good morning to you all.

C to T L, don,t disagree. HE was the Bloke I heard about. Wasn,t in DN when the replacement was hastily appointed. Trouble is CASA uses a big stick and lots of money to back it up. There is nowhere else in OZ that your livelihood can be torched overnight based on false rumour. Not even an opportunity to find out why and provide an answer!. .. .I reckon HE wasn't so bad. Bloody stickler for the rules but the flyboys are NOT HAPPY JAN! So they complain! Poor boys.. .. .No problem with CAIR's but when they lack substance and are full of s @#*@ you should be careful at least. AN are now looking for another CP, why not have a go? I am doing alright elsewhere now thank you very much. And cooler too.. .. . . .. .Cheers and Beers (coldies)

Question

HH, Jose, Vapour et al;. .. .I'm not looking for mud, but would like to know.... .. .1. New CP leaving on 2 weeks notice (already more than half over), is there a replacement lined up? . .. .or.... .. .If investigation found nothing on old CP, is he now re-approved or expecting to be by the end of the week, to retake the position of CP? . .. .and.... .. .2. Is there a notice period for line pilots, or does BRL pilot leaving leave an immediate hole?. .. .Cheers JP. . . . [ 19 March 2002, 01:08: Message edited by: jon.pierre ]

Well well. J.P you otta know that when CASA suspends your approval it takes forever to get it back. HE has lodged an appeal it seems. Word is that CASA are a bit worried as they have no evidence. They might even end uphaving to pay!! Now wouldn't that be interesting.. .. .As for the moaners and groaners well there is another interesting little rumour. Seems they have been identifed and they will probably have explain their moans and groans to the JUDGE not just CASA. That might make some dopes think twice before they fabricate those b*#@*&@t stories. . .. .The CASA mob should spend more time making sure of the truth of the stories before arbitrarely pulling a blokes livelihood. If they reckon there is problem use the new rules and charge him in the Courts. . .. .They don't of course as they have no evidence. Only rumour and innuendo. Its about time someone had them on. Looks like this will be a time to keep am eye on. . .. .Hope that my spies in DN can keep me up with the play so we all know the outcome.. .. .

flylow :- The biggest problem is that someone needs to be caught in the act to get in the sh*t. I do not doubt that some of the facts related to CASA would have been blown up a wee tad. However the basic instinct would have been true.. .. .The point is the HE used to be a bloody rouge you simply cannot do stuff like that its the reason behind CASA not really liking owner CP's. There needs to be an established chain of command where even mr CP is answerable to someone in the begining he wasn't. As I have posted I do not know the AN story now only how it used to be. I think things will be on the way up well depending on wether another puppet gets hired (if NB as the rumor I hear gets it then watch out!). . .. .Anyway I don't really care terribly much..... let the dry season fun and games begin..... oh and why??? is Ray still there???????????

Clear for Take off : Was that Ray or maybe Raylene? Wonder what the fuss is about. We are doing it OK. HE never caused me aproblem. All you had to do was your job properly. Those that didn't got a bit of heat to perform. When they couldn't hack the pace they put the mocker on him. Hope they get all they deserve. . .. .Where are your spys Flylow. Still in DN or are they a little further south? Helps to know that there are some honewst Johns and Jills about.. .. .What's the goss on the next move by CASA? Any news on the new CP. Heard he is very good. . .. .goangettumguys!!

QueTee : nice to know there is some sensible and capable flyers out there. Yup. the spys are everywhere. Lookou lookout. Y'all need to be careful now about the lies and bull#@*t; there is a strong group formed that will make sure the truth prevails. . .. .CASA are looking to interview. But still have nothing concrete. Can't imagine any flyboy would hang himself at one of those " I'm from CASA and I'm here to help you " interviews!!! Seems the new CP maight get the guernsey. That will be good for all. . .. .hopehelgetimmate

It has all gone quiet. Hear the new CP is good. AND apparently the ID of one of the squawkers has resulted in the investigation of the false statements. Whisper is that a prosecution by the DPP could well follow. The boys are all quiet because they now don't want to stand up and be counted. Could cost them their licences. They might think twice next time . .. .servesyerritemate

Hey flylow, HE a friend of yours? Sounds like it.. .. .Anyone here who suggests that they know about counter action from HE and his Lawyers must be very close to the action, try not to be so obvious. I think this action could just be an attempt to silence the people that can destroy him and others who run the company.. .. .From what I have heard from people who should know is that this company is rotten to the core. It wont be easy to catch HE and co. mainly because his missus is quite smart(I estimate roughly 23 times smarter than her hubby) There is no paper trail no hard evidence. But you dont need it. How can you prove that this turd said something to a pilot, for instance suggesting that they fly a U/S aircraft. Easy someone else had to be there to hear it or had the same thing said to them about the same aircraft with the same problem. As long as both pilots refused to fly the aircraft, thats good enough for me.. .. .I am sure most people in the NT have been hearing stories about Air Ngukurr for many years, listening in disbelief. Why would pilots from the company lie to their friends at other companies for no reason at all? Now that these stories are out in the open, although the remain unchanged, are untrue and made up to destroy an inocent victim. HE a victim, please give me a break. Anyone with half a brain and the ability to use it can see that this tosser has to go. Please stop calling past and present Air NGU pilots liars.

Interesting Flylow , your sources are puzzling. . .. .While posts above (which I have no reason to doubt) say new cp is selected; as I understand it, current cp is still cp and still to to be current cp for another fortnight. Perhaps your sources are not as good as you think they are ... or is there some BS'ing of your own going on?
