Free time?
Hey guys this is a question for those already living in dubai. My DOJ is Dec 25th but my paper stated that training starts jan 4th. My question is.. Is it gonna be our free time once we get to Dubai since training starts more than a week later.?

Just be yourself, but professional, respectful and prepare. Listen, listen, listen. Pay attention to the recruiters, listen to the presentation, follow directions well. Don't compare or care so much of what other people is doing or dressing. Do not bother with counting how much people are with you. None of that matter but you. It isn't competition. It is about who you are to present yourself to the recruiters. If they see the potential in you (AKA, if they like you), then you will be selected to the next stage of the recruitment process.

Hey guys. THis is a question for those whose medicals already got approved..,
I'm wondering do we not need to submit our dental xrays online? .. Basically, the only form that we need from a doctor to be submitted on the portal is the appendix 4.?

Hi ppruners and everybody...
First of all i would like to thank all of u guys for the great information and posts that i 've been reading here but what really i want to know what's the the questions they ask mainly..what to do and what not to do...but the most important thing is the questions they ask at the FI and how is the OD in details please guys i'm gonna attend the OD here in cairo 1st of Dec...and what scares me the most is are people saying in OD there is a huge number of people at the OD..please answer me ASAP... and what Doc. should i get with me to the OD plus my CV
PS: after the OD is there AD or just OD then FI???

zee_nova: First it is OD (CV drop off and info about Emirates and Dubai), next day is AD (group disscusion etc.) and then is FI. To OD you should bring passport and full lenght photo in bussiness attire and english CV. Good luck!
p.s. Yes, usually OD are full of people as anyone can come, AD are per invite only.

mzrhai: you don't need to sumbit any xrays online, just bring them with you to Dubai.
gnusi: don't count on few people coming to Ljubljana...in Maribor there was around 180-200 people on OD that was in August! And if your age (41) is stated right, than you don't stand a chance..they only hire people up to 34 years. But good luck anyways...maybe I'll see you in Dubai!

dates on contract we sign in Dubai
Hi guys,
those who are already in Dubai..I have one Question about contract...when do we sign the contract after arriving in Dubai and which dates exactly are on it - the day of our DOJ, the day of signing it (online, so at time we got our golden call) or the day of actual signing in Dubai....Is it stated inside about 6 months probation period with no time off? I have to know because I need some proof for my insurance and I need to know which dates (all of them) are on the original contract we get in Dubai.

You should smile -YES! It is a must! And show teeth! Do not listen to photographers...you do not need actual document photos, just the size. And wear bussiness attire! Same as on full body shot - black heels, skin color tights, black skirt to your knees, blouse and sako. Hair in bun!

I'm Leila from Italy and soon it will be the open day in my country, so I was just wondering if the passport size photographs need to include my suit and if I should smile. The photographer said no, but other people who tried to join emirates cabin crew said yes because the smile will make the difference.
Is this true? I know, it is a stupid question, but I'm very nervous.

final interview, attending for email
Hi, guys!
Im new on the forum and i have one question. I attended the OD in milan on 19th of november and i made it to the final interview which was yesterday.
now, the recruiter said they will get back at me in 6 weeks via email. from what i ve read on this forum (thanks god it exists, it is A LIFE SAVIOR!!!), people mentioned smth about the golden call.
