No idea but the first picture looks like it is a screen shot from a flight sim and the second would appear to be backwards if the runway numbers are to be believed.

Flaps - yes the second is reversed - quite how I have no idea..................... and no it really look like that tho I think it's an old photo - here's a newer one - it's on an island..............

I expect most of the 16,671 named-islands in Indonesia don’t have runways, so that narrows down the search a bit.
