Fw187 Falke. (?)
Is this a co-pilot /bombardiers position,as I see no engine instruments/throttles etc ?
The Falke had a very slim fuselage; the engine instruments were mounted on nacelles.
Mel's challenge
Sepp has it.
It is indeed the Focke Wulf Fw 187 Falke. http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c6...uiz/fw-187.jpg You have control. |
I have to say - that was a good one. :D Its good to see the Falke getting some rare time in the limelight. :ok:
I'm off on hols for a bit and may not be able to check in here so, open house! |
as you indicate Sepp the Falke was an interesting aircraft.
To keep the thread going here is another cockpit:- http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c6...pitquiz371.jpg Mel |
Certainly not a Fokker F-VII as that has been done before (twice).
C2j |
Your right Cubs2jets this is not the Fokker F-VII, in fact is not from Fokker at all.
Nearly 500 views only one taker. Time for a clue this aircraft was single engine and European.
Heinkel He-57 Heron ?
Not the Heinkel He-57 Heron Bri. This one was a landplane and first flew a couple of years earlier than the He-57.
Focke-Wulf A20 Habicht ?
Not the Focke-Wulf A20 Habicht, Bri. But similar and from the same country.
One is thinking one of Willy's designs. Perhaps the M18 or M 20?
Not one of Willy Messerschmitt designs I am sorry.
Dornier Do K1 ?
