Which Aerodrome Mk IV
SE Asia?
Looks military and probably in the Philippines.
The IAP data would be interesting with the positioning of those vessels.
Looks like a few years between the pics so I might change to "probably Vietnam" with the Caribou in front of the hangar medivac.

MJG,
If I were you, I would follow up on your second choice.
At least 30 years between the two photos.
PS I hadn't even spotted the Caribou.

Looks a bit like Cam Ranh but I think this is more built up
I suspect its the old Nah Trang airport - which looks as if it has fallen in to the ands of the developers......................

It's over 36 hours so it's safe for me to say that it is the old Nha Trang airport (VVNT / NHA), which as Asturias points out, is now being "developed'.
I flew into this very convenient airport once, in the 90s, in a Vietnam Airlines ATR72. The only airport I've ever been to where you could walk to your beachside hotel, or if your luggage was too heavy, cyclo drivers were waiting to take you:

However, for the sake of progress and profits, this very convenient airport was closed and replaced by the reopened Cam Ranh Bay (VVCR / CXR), an hour's bus ride away.
Here are a couple of images I had lined up, if the location proved too difficult:

SVNAF A-1 Skyraiders trailing smoke in the colours of the South Vietnamese flag

SVNAF U-17A (C185)
In 2016, it was reported that the airport was being sold:

The latest GE image shows that the development is underway:

Deveoper's plan:

Asturias56 has control.

That is not hard....................
Those people have relatively warm clothes on - somewhere well outside the tropics
I thought it might be Tegel but a search on that brought up pictures of some other concrete monstrosities including this

and that took me to Minsk..................
