Not from Polikarpov.
Wiki says only two were built - for the purpose of determining if automotive engines could be utilised in light aircraft.
Described as a two-seat sports aircraft with first flight in 1937.

All these years looking at 'Air Clues' and I never knew the Bison had that configuration of undercarriage maybe copied from the B47?
I didn't know either. When I saw it, I immediately thought "B47-ski !"

with those clues life becomes easy!

The
Gribovsky G-23 Komsomolyets 2 (Russian: Грибовский Г-23 Комсомолец 2) was a two-seat, single aircraft originally intended to explore the potential of a car-derived, water cooled inline engine for light aviation. It was built in the USSR in the 1930s. A second example was fitted with two different engines of greater power.

Thankyou - in fact I thought it was a Polikarpov - the engine position was very similar - but that lacked the weird side radiators

This is one I came across recently and had never heard of............
