It's the Do335 Pfeil, a pushmi pullyu.

I too had seen that grip before and searched for ages before I found it - on both the Convair Delta Dart and Dagger. That set me wondering where on earth they'd got such an unconventional idea and went looking at unconventional stuff. Stroke of luck really.

Ah, it was the Delta Dart I was thinking of - close but no cigar. Wrong kind of arrow!

I did wonder about the double-ended llama, but I knew the Skymaster had a conventional yoke.
