That has to be a home-built which is much younger than it looks.....

Talking of struts, I apologise now if I have missed one
But whyssa one wheel a different size t'uther ?

Not a homebuild! Late 1990's design.

There were only a few examples, one being a mailplane. The Germans changed the name in early WW2, although it is not a German aircraft.
