Appearances can be deceptive

It had the lot, one fixed forward-firing MG, one free-mounted MG in rear cockpit, plus bombs or torpedo for good measure, but none show on the original image

Sure was !! Not paying enough attention really, too much of a flap after screwing up my Puffin silhouette in the rush to post and then finding you'd got there first, but then withdrew your challenge, I should have spotted the collective lever

err..........isn't the prop going to hit something above the cowling.....
No Mate, it's mounted on the wing support strut, well clear of the prop-swing

Just an ordinary Observation/liaison aeroplane!

Edit: to include next question

That long pitot doesn't appear in many photos, although it is very clear in in the image I used (maybe of the prototype) I would ignore it

A Parasol monoplane

Edit to say that the gap in the vertical stab, apparently to allow adjustment of the incidence of the Horizontal stab, appears in most drawings, but few photos, so I assume that adjustment was not required and it was omitted sometime in production
