Looks as if it should be French...similar concept to the Potez 566. Clearly not the latter, but a French design?

Umm, thanks Graeme. The photo's of the 566 or 56T3 reflect a much more streamlined design that the 3-view. However that 3-view is the same as your link so I am somewhat confused.
