Garrison Melmoth II...?
For someone who has no idea you've come up with a pretty good guess. Not the Melmoth II as we've had it before...but you are very very close!

It is indeed, the Melmoth I, based on the Practavia Pilot Sprite of 1968.

LM has control

Too late, but officially the Garrison OM-1 Melmoth?
Based on the British Practavia Sprite.

Yes. I took my reference as Air Britain which just used the term Garrison Melmoth I, but I'm sure OM-1 is the official designation, albeit that the official designation of the Melmoth II, according to the FAA, is....Melmoth II! (as opposed to OM-2)

Thanks Ken, but I feel this one should go to Graeme.
More than happy with that as Graeme came up with Melmoth

Looks like its now back with you Graeme anyway
