Morning. I believe its the Cairns Model A or the AG-4?

Looks like S.N.C.A.S.O. SO-95 'Corse' II, but it was a tail-dragger

S.N.C.A.S.O. SO-94 R

Or SO.93

But the tail fin top is different…...

It is European but not French or German. It was a one-off prototype that saw service as a staff transport.
