Apologies had to go out for a couple of hours.

it was Socata TBM-850,as I think.
Not a SOCATA product Hesham, and not French.

I don't think it is, Hesham!!!!
Quite right Martin....but what is it?

Incidentally as far as I can see it has not been put in to production, so I believe just the one built.

Hello Ken, I guess German and come up with the Grob’s Ranger G160.
Good guess Karl, and a correct one.

Yes its the Grob G.160 Ranger....which it appears has never gone beyond prototype stage. Seems to have appeared both with and without winglets.

Karlark has control

G'day Ken!

All very quiet mate? Your Grob is interesting, another new one for me. I kept looking for a long-nosed machine but it was like Pinocchio, seemed longer every time I looked at it...Don't know if it's an optical illusion but the silhouette's nose looks longer than the photo? Magic? Are you a wizard?

Does look like the Nexaer Ken. With spats...

Morning mate. It's funny but I suppose because I've seen the G.160 at an airshow and at the time it got a lot of publicity I figured it would go quickly...but there is comparitively little information about it now, and even Grob's website makes no mention (that I can see) of it! Guess you don't advertise an aircraft that never made it.

There are photo's on the web with the LS1 wearing its spats, so I'm hopeful I've got it right

Thanks Karl. I'll have to declare Open House as will be having an early night tonight - early start to work in the morning.

Will monitor for 30 mins or so but I'll say good night now, and wish you Karl, and Graeme, a good day.

Thanks Ken. G'day Karlark.

I've got an empty silhouette bag, so I'll bid you goodnight. I'll check the thread later and get cracking with the textas.

Cheers guys.

Cheers all.

Here's an easy one for the road, just in case.

It seems like it should already be on the list... but don't see it...

No mate. Opportunism. PC is left on all day and occasionally if I'm home I'll walk by and press F5.

Thanks for the Warwick. Gotta love WW2 aircraft....
