Correct Cubs! Photo shows pit designed for loading atomic bomb on to a B29 (hence Fat Boy).

Pierced Steel Planking, I think he means, or a land drainage system.....

I haven't seen PSP since 2 short bits of it were tied to my Landrover in Oman, in a distant, previous life.
